On 2nd sept i added 8000 inr twice to ASTROPAY wallet using upi. Both the transaction were successful and amount were debited from my account total of 16000. But it never came to ASTROPAY wallet when i tried to contact support team , even after giving payment proof they are just saying relevant team is looking into it from last 3 days. And blocked me from chat support or not even replying on email. I need 16000 back

I deposited 5k and Astropay states that money not received. I have given them bank’s email confirming the same along with UPI transaction screenshot. It seems they are collecting money like thieves now. Lets raise voice against them together
September 4th My Payment of 6000 Rs , I’m paid to Maxi Exports Name through Google Pay , till not added to my wallet , Astropay pay saying we are not received
