Hi team,
I had recharged 399 net pack on 7th Apr through Google pay. I got debit message from google pay and bank. I dint receive any activation message from Vodafone. I called customer care they informed to check with Google pay customer care and I contacted them as well and got confirmed that it was credited to Vodafone account.
Now I called Vodafone customer care and spoke with akhilesh and he assured me to call back within 30 min from backend team but its almost hour no call back was arranged.
Please look into the matter at the earliest as I have again recharged my account with another 399 because of validity expiry.
