Sir I made a upi transactionon 1st April of 5037 rupees to consumer finance company through Paytm
I received a message that my amount is debited and transaction is done, but the money is not received to receiver, there is no update from Paytm about my transaction
I make a complaint on Paytm that my money not transfered then I received a message that they refund my money to account (they put refund on 3rd April after three days of transaction)
now I penalized for not paying on time the credit amount to receiver,so who will pay penalty does Paytm company?
Or the founder this is too inconvenient to accept this type of services..
