I have a courier delivery for which tracking number is KRTP9854669615
This delivery has not been done because the receiver has not responded. So when I went to the Ekart logistics page to get a customer care contact number, I got the below number.

He told me to send Rs. 2 so that the delivery will happen. but the amount did not go thorough and he told me to send through GPay by sending me the payment notification where he told me to give 49875 in payment amount and he said that it is some reward promo number and some number as upi ID. He told me to add note as sending Rs.2 in the notes Once I did, amount of Rs. 49875 got debited. Now when I asked for refund, he is again asking me to do the same .
I have attached transaction ID screenshot too.
Could you please help me get the refund?
