Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Money Transfer & UPI
The issue that I have experienced was: On 8th march i had paid one merchant 540 rupees at 1:49 pm and I got payment processing. Then I had done second payment. But money is debited only in one transaction and the receiver didn’t get money then I paid him by hand cash. Then from that time iam consulting google pay customer care but they are saying that they are escalating that to backup team and now its 12 days since the issue happened but i didn’t get my money refund.
It occurred on: 8/03/2021
Credit that 540 rupees instantly into my account.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
