I was placing order on 26th sept for which amount debited frm bank account, got confirmation sms frm bank & also checked bank account which showed transaction id & confirmed payment 2 amazon. But till now dint get refund & amazon india refused 2 refund stating paymeny declined so we cant help. Bank confirmed yesterday money has debited & adjusted to merchant.
Discrepancies in amazon reply,sonetime they said refund hs initiated & will get it by 8th oct & then their social media team refused to give refund
