Text of Complaint by Srikrishna Kambala:

I had done a transaction of Rs 3442.50/- on 9th January 2022, which showed as a failed transaction but the amount has been deducted from my account.

I had reached out to Amazon customer care who had told me reach out to Standard Chartered bank (my account bank).
