Dear Sir /Madam,
On 25th October 2020, through the PhonePe transaction , with Account no of Andhra bank AC No. 052110100202571 with UTR: 029941615799 .
I have transferred the amount of Rs. 20000 to my beneficiary. The amount got debited from my account but the same amount was not credited to my beneficiary account.
Already gave multiple complaints to both the Banks As well as to PhonePe , but I’m not getting a proper solution for my transaction. Both the bank just pushing the query to the opposite banks and not taking any responsibility for my transaction.
