I have deposited Rs. 50,000/- in my 1x bet accoubt id on 26 May 2026. But still neither refunded nor deposited in my account.
They ask me and require same thing ( According to the data provided, we could not find the corresponding transaction. Please make sure that you have attached the correct receipt and created a request from the correct account. If this is the case, attach the correct receipt or create a new request from the same account from which the payment request was created) with the query and yesterday 8. June .2026 they said your amount is successful deposited in your account but amount not credited in my account and after this they again open querry and require same thing and said your amount is not getting in such account.
I have checked with my bank and amount has been successfully transferred to them but they are declining it.
