Dear Team,

 

This email is regarding the my paytm account trascation related. I have done the 10000 rupees transaction on my paytm portal with the customer yes bank credit card, due to technical issues trascation got failed ,but amount is debited from the customer account and balance not received both sided till date.

 

I have multiple times connect with your customer care team but nobody taking the responsibility and given the proper feedback.

 

Request you to please confirm here the timeline and reverse the transaction.

 

I am always fedup with paytm service.
