Mr. Indranil came for jio fiber connection took the amount said engineer will come by 5:30 pm but no one came no contact from their end. I had to call and get the updates. He said engineer will come on 15-11-21 engineer came said connection is not possible as box is full so take the refund. When contacted Indranil for refund he said gave toll free no for cancellation which is total useless and he is saying to wait for installation for few days. I just want you guys to refund my amount of Rs. 1500.Do it asap.
