Respected Sir/Madam,
 
This is to inform you that I have booked online tatkal ticket from your sit irctc.co.in from my registered User ID raj_nce today all detail are filled correct and payment was made of Rs. 402.29/- with transaction ID 100001587981068 IGAEZUMKW8  from my SBI bank account through NETBANKING amount was debited from my account but your site showing Payment Pending from your Bank End  how is this possible when I was made this payment online mode.
 
Regarding this transaction I am trying to your customer support numbers 0755-6610661 but this was always saying busy on another call.
This is totally unaccepted task which is not acceptable.
 
Kindly refund the amount in my account or issue me the confirm ticket immediately .
