Dear Sir/ Madam
I am Avijit Ghosh, My SBI account no 20005017409, IFSC code SBIN0004604, register Phone no 8240860617
On dated 29.12.2019, I have transfer rs 50000/ ( Rs Fifty Thousands only) to my another bank account AXIS BANK 918010006953099 , IFSC CODE UTIB0003199, register phone no 9164362345, through Phonepay Register phone no 8240860617 and UTR No is 936330641358, Transaction id P1912291020197538542115
Phone pay said transaction is successful and SBI customer care executive not shown any interest to take charge back form and AXIS bank said not crediting the amount and neither this type of transaction is done.
Please do needful on urgency and help me to get the amount.
