On 23.03.2019, I (Kishan Kaniti) booked an Oyo room (BOOKING ID: KFOM1568), using the Oyo App and accordingly paid an amount of Rs.3762/-. However, considering enough number of bookings already made for the marriage purpose, I immediately cancelled the aforesaid room within ten minutes. I have also enclosed PDF documents pertaining to both booking and cancellation of the said room.

After few days, when I contacted Oyo customer support, it was informed that, as per Oyo extant policy, my amount will be refunded within 10-12 working days. However, as I have not received my amount even after the stipulated period, I have time & again contacted Oyo customer support desk and followed up multiple times but I have not received my amount to date.
Now it is close to 18 months and despite my continuous follow up with Oyo in my refund was not processed nor i received my amount. It is clear Oyo managed to pull off a fraud by not refunding my money.
Please look into the matter and do the needful for receiving my refund from OYO.
