He asked me to first pay 15k he said I will win 200k but for that I need to pay 13% of the winning to withdraw then he asked me to pay 11% of winning to citi bank because the limit was only 100k then he said me to pay 20k for paying late and now he is not at all replying me please help me to get my money back
