Dear sir/Madam,
As per telephonic conversion had with your customer care executive Mr. Akibul Haque to day regarding the monthly post paid bill (Mobile no- 9051808089) for the month of July’2020 , its shown Rs. 746.34. Its reflect the value added service charges is Rs.333/-.
We know that this mobile connection is corporate connection and all local – std charges are unlimited so why added the charges of the said amount?
We are requesting to you please deduct the value added service charges Rs.333/- and send the amend bill at earliest in the base of pioneer customer.
