Text of Complaint by Kaustubh Kulkarni:

I wanted to return one package of kid’s shoes which I purchased from Amazon. So I apply for it as per the procedure directives. On 10th of September 2020 I received one text message from Amazon stating that my pickup is scheduled today. In that message contact details of Amazon’s pickup person were not mentioned. But one person came and ask for pickup. As he ask us particularly about pickup we gave him respective item and I received message that return is initiated.

But the problem is that person stole a baby tricycle from our parking lot and luckily entire seen is captured in CCTV. Regarding that we contact Amazon’s customer services to provide us name and contact details of that pickup person so it could help us in catching the thief. But they refuse to give us details and said that they don’t have those details. Highly disappointed by Amazon service.
