An order was placed in my name by my co-worker as a surprise gift which I was not aware of. The delivery partner called me to deliver the order on 10th October 2022 and i told him I didn’t order anything and asked them to cancel. Got a call again the next day, this time when I asked them to cancel they said if OTP is given then only we can cancel else it will be out for delivery the next day. I fell into their trap and gave the OTP and that person marked the order as delivered. I request the organisation to take appropriate action against the person who was unethical. Sharing the details that can help investigation regarding this if required.

I have tried to raise this issue by reaching out to Amazon’s customer care but they are not helping with this. The fault of giving OTP is mine but the delivery agent being unethical and scamming is not even being questioned or taken into consideration to atleast investigate this issue is what terrifies me. I request a rightful action to be taken if the delivery person is found guilty.
