Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to report the non delivery of my parcel. On September2nd, 2023, I had booked a wakefit mattress worth Rs.5747 ( Order ID 403-9577500-7146710 )
from Amazon website in the name of Asha L, No. 14/62B Marthandavilai, Kappukadu, Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu- 629162.
As per the delivery duration promised by the company, the parcel should have gotten delivered within a span of five days but it has been over 22 days and the parcel still is undelivered. Almost 25 times I have contacted Amazon’s customer care regarding this issue. But unfortunately they are not given the exact reason regarding this and not responding the same. They are giving wrong informations regarding this matter. Therefore, I am writing this letter to request to kindly take an immediate action as earliest as possible.
For your reference, I have attached with the letter the copy of the courier receipt. I am hopeful that you will look into the matter and have the parcel delivered at the quickest.
