ORDER # 405-2369057-2352325
I have ordered for AmazonBasics 1 Ton 3 Star 2021 Inverter Split AC, White, which got delivered on Apr 28, 2021, I followed with the amazon call center for the installation which was confirmed through email and on call on the next day, however till date installation didn’t happen. I did follow-up on May 08, 2021 to return the AC but Amazon denied to take back the ac saying large appliances cannot be returned and on May 16, 2021 I get an email that installation is cancelled. Through all these summers has gone and I don’t need the AC. Amazon couldn’t deliver the full service and hence raising this complaint to resolve the issue by taking the AC back and refunding the amount.
