Text of Complaint by Stella Mary:

I ordered Lavna LA 16 Smart door lock in Amazon of value Rs. 5380 but product received was Lavna Zinc La 15 its value Rs. 3299. I tried to place replacement. Amazon executive asked to link email in my account. but unable to link as its getting failed. i deleted and relogged in account with same number order history is gone. and customer support not helping with me for replacement. i sent email to ofm@amazon.in with order number and receipt. also spoke to customer support they failed to resolve the issue
