Text of Complaint by Nibir Bose:

I am Nibir bose, On September 19, 2021 I have placed an order in amazon through mobile app for a wireless mouse and I have also made the full payment of that item which was 349 rupees. As of today neither I received the product nor I get back my refund. It’s over a month that I am facing this problem. I have tried to cancel the order from my end but unable to do it from my end. Then I called the customer care who assured me that they will cancel it from their end and refund will be credited to my respective bank account within 3-5 business days but no progress was made after that. In one month I have called more than 13 times in the amazon customer care and every time they assured the same thing that it will be cancelled and refund will will be credited within 3-5 business days but still now the status is unchanged as per my amazon app in my mobile. Details of the order mentioned below:
1. Name of product – Portronics Toad 12 wireless 2.4G optical mouse.
2. Order number – 405-3629677-6776342
3. Order placed – October 19, 2021
4. Payment status – Paid full amount of 349 rupees.

In addition, please note that I haven’t received any cancellation email or sms from Amazon related to this order for 1 month. I request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and resolved it.
