Hi Sir,
I live in ghaziabad and I had placed an order(#17194184454726744) with AMAZON online on 23rd August’23 but they did not deliver it to my address instead delivered it to some FAKE address in Delhi. They marked it Delivered in the tracking portal on 25th Aug’23. Since then i am contacting them daily but they are not giving my any resolution and my payment(19999/-) got stuck finally. The courier was shipped with ‘DELHIVERY’ with the tracking id 2827731352833. I have attached the INVOICE to this FIR request.
I personally tried to investigate and found that the seller address which is mentioned in the INVOICE , is a Hardware shop and the owner do not deal in any AMAZON business for electronic appliances.
Kindly lodge a complain against AMAZON and help me.
