This order was sent completely wrong instead of stripe bags i got transparent shaving toiletry bags delivered, i went for replacement, again replaced order was also different. Pick up was done, and then i was never refunded for over ten days. Amazon customer care harassed me, even cut the call on my face saying their team decided to give verdict in favour of the merchant and I, as a customer have sent some other product back and THEY HAVE DECIDED TO NOT ISSUE REFUND FOR THIS, ….what nonsense is this?? They let their loser merchants on their platform and loot customers. I lost my money, amazon is horrible, wayyy worse than flipkart, I want my money back. THIS IS WRONG, I WILL NOT STOP TO POST THIS ISSUE EVERYWHERE ON EVERY ONLINE COMPLAINT SITE.
