I had ordered an item on Amazon dated 03 April 2022, order number 405-4465726-9831553, item name Lymio Women’s Regular Round Neck Half Sleeves Polyester Digital Print. I had returned this item back to Amazon on 11 April 2022 but did not get my refund back. When I tried to reach customer service, they raised the escalation to Amazon Specialist Team and they had sent an email saying that I am violating rules and regulations of return policy of Amazon and putting allegations on me.
