I have Ordered Samsung Galaxy M31 Mobile on 9^th November 2020, with exchange offer, I sold my mobile Vivo V9 Pro at 4500 and purchased Samsung Galaxy M31 Mobile,

I received the mobile on 10^th November 2020, and found the mobile is used (refurbished) by someone who’s there were some apps, audio files and some photos were present of the previous customer. Considering this I convinced that this is not a new mobile Amazon sold or given Refurbished mobile to me. I placed order for return as this was in 7-day replacement warranty. Post which amazon person checked my mobile and approve for replacement of new mobile.

The new mobile supposed to be delivered on 18^th November and finally delivered on 19^th November, after so many remainders the product was not switching on, so delivery guy take back the mobile.

I Strongly believing Amazon is cheating their customer by collecting amount delivering the refurbished product at the cost of new mobile. And collecting good mobile on exchange offer at through away price.

Now Amazon is not ready deliver the product the same prize rather they are giving me the option

1. Live with refurbished mobile
2. They will return the amount which they have collected. ( They are selling our used mobile at premium cost)

In both the case am going under loss, Either I should accept their refurbished product, else I should accept the money which they are giving without my mobile.

Am not sure how many people got cheated like this. We should teach a right lesson to cheaters like amazon.
