I purchased a brand new Lenovo laptop on 2023-07-09 on amazon, I received it on 2023-07-13 but the product’s warranty got expired right out of the box. There was no warranty slip provided by the manufacturer or by the seller. So I couldn’t avail the base warranty of 1 year which was promised by Amazon.
I tried to resolve this by contacting amazon customer care and Lenovo, But there was no proper support provided by either of them.
