On 3rd February 2021, we bought a new laptop worth INR 67,990 on Amazon and also bought an extended warranty for 3 years from gowarranty (third party insurance). In AUgust 2022, laptop faced an issue, therefore we reached out to gowarranty for repairs. They checked the laptop and mentioned that this partiuclar laptop has repair history in october 2020 and again in December 2020. Therfore this is an old and repaired laptop and Amazon sold it as a new one and took full price from us. We raised multiple complaints, emails, calls and chats with Amazon..but they always keep us delaying and not resolving the issue. Every time they make me caht with many chat personnel keep on rotating people on calls withour resolving issue. PLease take this ahead and help us in getting justice. Thanks a lot for your support.
