Ordered Lava Blaze Pro 5G on 13 October and seller promised me to deliver it before 23 October. But it marked as “delivered” on 17 October. I get the call from seller where he assured me that such things “happens” and my product will be delivered to me till 23 October.
It didn’t and neither the seller try to update the status of “delivered” on amazon.
After contacting him again This time seller assure me that I will get my full refund by Friday 27 October.
I have call recordings of this seller guaranteed me of refund till Friday 27 October till 8 pm or even before it.
Later it turned out that the “seller” guy who contact me isn’t from amazon nor from seller. When I contacted shubh retails about it on amazon he seems indifferent and didn’t care about the fact that fraudsters are scamming customers by pretending to be from his company. He keeps repeating the same “order was delivered confirmed by courier and we cant help you on it”
The courier didn’t contact me nor message me then how can they deliver my order to me? I asked shubh retail about the courier multiple time but he refuses to provide me. I have the screenshots of chat with the sellers.
What are my options now?
