I have purchased gym cycle of reach brand on Amazon which was delivered to me on20/3/2023..but the equipment is defective.. contacted Amazon support team they offered me replacement service which i accepted and before confirming i asked them do i have to disassembled the parts of cycle they said no needed the pickup agent will deliver new piece of equipment and pickup the defective one hand to hand it will be done…and yesterday that is 23/3/2023 got a message from Amazon for delivery of new equipment but the delivery agent rejected because it wasn’t disassembled.lateron i took this issue to the notice of Amazon support they assured me by same day evening problem will be solved but the agent has self cancelled it now the Amazon team says it’s not in their hands they can’t replace neither refund the amount ..i have been trying hard to reach the support team for solution…there is no update of my order return pickup without picking up the defective piece updating as refund will be done once the ordered item is returned to the seller kindly solve the issue at the earliest…
