Text of Complaint by Bhavya Sri:

I placed an order on Amazon on 27th July, A trolley. It showed its prime offer delivery by 29th July. We need to go to another place as we have to catch up the flight the next day. We waited till 10 p.m. even if it was getting late but the order didn’t get delivered. I called the delivery agent plenty of times but didn’t get any response from his side. Past 10, it showed the order was rejected by me. I contacted customer service many times but all they could say is re-order the order. It was really awful to listen that. What could I do even if I re-order now? I don’t have any other option now. They can’t even deliver the other again. I need to catch the flight now. I can’t leave my luggage back. The customer service is really awful. All they could say was re-order the order.
