01-NOV-2021 : Purchased a Prestige Tri Ply Splendor Kadai 3.75 liters from Amazon but received incorrect product which says 3.25 liters. After multiple follow up with Supplier cancelled the order and got the refund.
13-NOV-2021 : Placed a new order for Prestige Tri Ply Splendor Kadai 5.25 liters and again received a product of 4.25 litres. After following up with Amazon was assured that correct product will be sent as replacement. I received a replacement product but again it was 4.25 litres different from the configuration of 5.25 lit which was mentioned in the invoice. I finally gave up on Amazon and returned the order. The product was picked up by Amazon on 23-Nov but i am yet to receive the refund.
Also, would like to highlight how Amazon is playing around with Customers. The order was placed as a Diwali gift for someone but Amazon has made it a mess. For a middle class person every peeny counts as they have to earn it and work very hard for it likewise Amazon who is fooling customers and looting there hard earned money.
Would request if you can help and some strict actions can be taken against Amazon
