Hi. I’ve ordered a mobile from amazon exchanging with my old handset. Before placing the order I connected to amazon customer service to know product specification whether the mobile is 5G SIM connectivity or not. They confirmed me that the mobile is 5G enabled . I continued the purchase. After receiving the new mobile and exchange with my earlier mobile I found that the new handset which received from Amazon is not 5G enabled. I asked amazon to help me out but they are not doing anything and saying its not possible . They are also agreed for their miscommunication but out of that they are not doing anything. I’m in a great trouble. Kindly help me out of this situation.
