Text of Complaint by Jay Sondagar:

I ordered a smartwatch on Amazon Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Model, but what I received is Noise Colorfit Icon 2 – Totally Different Model, and trying to contact them in the eligible return/replacement window, but after certain days, they have told me that they have investigated the issue and they can not do anything.
