I ordered the Fitbit Versa 3 smartwatch from amazon on 15th Jul 2023 and got the package delivered on 16th Jul 2023. On opening the package, it was old box that sealed was already opened & inside it an empty… no watch was there.
I called amazon customer care within 2 mins after delivery to register a complaint about this incident and the staff said investigation will go on and will get back to me by 21st Jul. but now they are denied to refund.
