I ORDERED A REFURBISHED ONEPLUS 7T FROM AMAZON ORDER NUMBER – 171-2860383-1210748 WORTH 27,999 . WHEN I RECIVED THAT PRODUCT AND SWITCH THE PHONE ON IT SHOWS A WHITE LINE ON DISPLAY, I RAISED A COMPLAINT THEN AMAZON ASK ME PLZ BOOK A SLOT , OUR ENGINEER WILL COME AT UR PLACE AND CHECK UR PHONE AFTER TWO DAYS. I SAID OK AND I BOOK THAT SLOT BUT NO ONE COMES, I AGAIN CONTACT ONEPLUS AND SAID WE WILL SEND ENGINEER AFTER TWO DAYS AND UH HAVE TO WAIT FOR TWO DAYS AGAIN, I SAID I OWNS A BUISNESS AND AND I CANT SUFFER AND WAIT FOR UR ENGINEER AGAIN AND AGAIN THE SAID IF UH WANT TO RETURN UR PRODUCT U HAVE TO WAIT AND NO OTHER OPTION APART FROM THAT.
NOW I JUST WANT DONT WANT TO SHOP ANYTHING FROM AMAZON AND SPECIALLY THEIR REFURBISHED I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO THAT I CAN BUY A NEW PHONE.
