Hi Team I have ordered washing machine from amazon on 12th nov and it is a totally defective product. LG people have already confirmed that it is total defective product. I raised a request to replace it on 2nd December, however, it is never picked up. I am following up on daily basis but still no resolution. It is a highly costly product and unfortunately amazon is least bothered. I even contacted their delivery partner but they also didnt provide any solution. Kindly help me. Its my very hard earned money.
