I order smart watch of Fire-Boltt INVINCIBLE 1.39 (3.53cm) AMOLED 454×454 Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch ALWAYS ON, 100 Sports Modes, 100 Inbuilt Watch Faces & 8GB but I receive the smart watch of same company watch but different and had some scratches and used watch and I call customer care he says that the you replace the watch and I arrange the product for you and then I return the product to amazon and then I call to customer care for my product replacement he says that the product is not stock currently so you can wait up to 1 and half month and I say that you can arrange refund to me he said yes I arrange refund to you you can wait up to 08-10-2022 and when I call back on 07-10-2022 he said that in inquiry the product you send is incorrect product and he says that send correct product so he no refund initiate to you send correct product to us and I was told him I send the same product you send me and he said that sorry for your refund and I call many but he said same reason to me and when I ask for send me my product back but he said he not send my product to me and as well as he said that he can not help to me on this issue
sir please help me on this product issue
