I recently purchased a refurbished earphones of samsung (samsung buds pro) but after I opened the packet, the product was tottaly different from what I ordered, It was samsung buds plus but still I was not so much concern because seller has already mislead consumers by sending copy samsung earphones and mine was original but was different model so I thought It would be easy and hassle-free for me to return or replace the earphones but after complaining amazon customer care took 3 days and denied my request by giving bullshit excuse tha due to multiple returns in my account Amazon can’t help in this return.
if a customer is not satisfied with the product then is it compulsory to forcefully keep that product if yes then why there’s any option of return or replacement, and if you check the ratio of returning to keeping the product, keeping the product ratio will be high and that too I buy very expensive products from amazon very frequently, I just want my hard earned money back as amazon didn’t fulfilled my order
