Good day!
I purchased a product from Amazon with the product name OnePlus Nord AR Launch(Assured gift for everyone) on 11th July 2020 and since then I have been having a very difficult time. Today I spoke to the escalation team at Amazon and they told me that there is no assured gift for everyone, it is a lucky draw everyone who buy the product get enrolled into and if they win they will get notified. Like me, there are 1000s of customers who have been fooled by Amazon and OnePlus in a racket to make customers buy the invites for 130+ rupees and then got a run around finally being informed that the assured gift for everyone was just a strategy to sell the product but there is no assured gift for everyone who has purchased this product. I need a reimbursement for the product and compensation for the trauma that I have gone through with Amazon and Oneplus.
Please help me!
I have the call recording from Amazon as well available as evidence. I would like you to provide justice to everyone who has been been fooled by Amazon with this product.
