- I have purchased a phone from Amazon.in and revived it on last 4th November 2020 for amount 11999 . Sir When I opened the box I have found a dummy duplicate phone inside. After that I have raised a complaint at Amazon toll free, still then they are telling misleading that they are doing a investigation after that they will refund me. But after 15days of waiting period I have not get my refund nor any well response and again I call. Again they asked me to wait for 7days . After 7 days when I contacted they told me that they are helpless amazon will not refund my money nor the phone. I tried to complaint at Amazon social media sites facebook page but yet not get any better response. I am now scared about my money. Feeling upset and helpless.Need help.
