I ordered a Felt Letter Board 10×10 (Black) from one of the Amazon seller Global Hub” using Amazon.in for Rs. 5555 on 04-feb-2022. However, the global Hub sent me a punching bag instead. I raised a concern and they were ready to replace it with an actual product. The wrong item was picked up from my location on 17-feb-2022. It is still not delivered to Global Hub. Global Hub is also not sending my correct product. They are purposely delaying the process. They keep saying only once the wrong product reaches their warehouse they will process a replacement. I have been patiently waiting for couple weeks now. However, even the delivery company “Delhivery” is not delivering the product on time. Initially the delivery date was showing as 25-Feb-2022. Now, everyday I check the shipment status, it shows the next day as delivery date. As of now as well, it shows delivery date of 08-March-2022. U till yesterday, it was showing 07-Mar-2022. I am unable to contact Delhivery as well and Global Hub too is not responding. Amazon customer care also says they have not received a notification from Global Hub about my replacement and Amazon cannot do anything at this moment. I am not sure what to do at this point.
