I bought a Tvs xpod helmet from amazon on 3rd October 2021 and it was delivered on 4th October 2021

All i got is a broken old stinky helmet from the parcel…i have tried returning the product n it was cancelled 3 times before the pickup itself…also talked to the consumer care of the amazon n no response from there too…pls look into this matter I want my refund Asap
