I have ordered boAt Rockerz 355 pro Bluetooth wireless earphones from above seller by Amazon and returned original product as I received due to dislike of wire quality of earphones through Trackon courier.I have returned product as it is received there is no doubt but this seller claimed that he received different item and refuse to refund my amount.I have done investigation about this seller so He is a cheater ,he cheated many customers and I don’t believe why Amazon supporting seller without understanding genuine customers issue.Seller never given any proof that I have returned different item then How can I believe on seller and Amazon return policy.I have listed my product and my hard earned money also and I suffered mentally due to dictating policy of Amazon specialised team and cheater seller.I am attaching some proofs about fraudency of Appario Retail Pvt Ltd
