Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I ordered a LAPRAS Activity tracker on June 28. The watch was claimed to have a 15-year warranty. After a few days, it stopped working. I made several email requests to the vendor to no avail. Then I approached Amazon, who at first refused to refund or replace. In October, they finally agreed to give a refud. On Oct 20th a rep came to pick it up, and since then they keep saying tol wait 4 more days and then send replies saying another pickup can be arranged. On Oct 21 I got an email from Amazon saying the wrong product was recd. Despite repeated requests, Amazon is not complying in providing images of the wrong item.
