Dear sir,
As I have purchased one hp printer amount of Rs. 48999/-on the date of January 3rd and it will delivered after one week. But lastweek on the date of 02/12/2020 it was not working fine and somw issue is on that printer so i raised a complaint to HP with the invoice copy that was provide at the time of delivery .And i am just shocked about hp agent answer that the above printer warranty was expired on September 2020 itself and he asked the bill copy for confirmation but in that bill also there is no serial number is printed only date and GST number is available. Hp customer care ask me to provide invoice with serial number to apply warranty. This is way of I cheated by amazon and more than two weeks i speaking with amazon customer care about this issue but there is no response .Simply cheating customers and amazon sold single product to many customers provide duplicate invoice copy also with their cleverness.
