Hi,
My name is Arpit Pandey. I am from Kanpur. I ordered a drone (DJI Mini 3 Pro) from amazon on 17 September 2022. I received a delivery today (23-09-2022). When I received the delivery, the parcel seemed very light like it had nothing inside. Without even opening the parcel, I immediately contacted amazon customer care and told them my concern. After that, they told me to open the parcel to check if I received the correct order or not. When I opened the order, It had potatoes inside. I recorded the whole video. Which I am attaching below. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible. I have paid 99,999 rs to Amazon.
