I had ordered a wall lamp holder but received something that looks nothing like the product I actually ordered. Then I tried return it but Amazon wouldn’t allow me and instead they gave me a replacement option. So I chose that option to see if I get the correct product on replacement but it has been a while now and neither is the package getting shipped nor am I getting a refund. Very upset and disappointed with Amazon’s services at the moment
