I ordered one product on amazon as it was showing same-day delivery. like you will get the package between 9 pm -12 am but around 8:40 pm amazon started giving me
some weird notifications like below :
first was this “Arriving today 9 PM – 12 AM”
following with “The package is returning to seller
If you’ve already paid, you’ll be refunded 2-3 business days after we receive the package.”
can’t you see how confusing it is to guess, what exactly you want to say?
so I raised the query so the first assistant asked me to wait till 12 am as I will get the package by 12 surely so waited till 12:20 am, but did not get the package.
so I raised the query again and now I’m getting reasons like “Product got damaged in transit so we are returning it to seller”. I have seen this reason so many times with
my order you guys have only one reason.
the same thing was not updated on my portal, why?
and if you are promising someone same-day delivery so please complete that promise, it is not our concern that the product got damaged in transit or whatever…it is your duty to
complete the promise.don’t make the promise you can’t keep.
and you wanna know the funny part?
IT IS STILL SHOWING THAT “ARRIVING ON 29TH JULY” AND 30TH JULY HAVE ALREADY STARTED. LOL
