Good morning. I have order Apple Ipad Air purple color 5th generation 2022 model wifi + cellular model from Amazon on 22 September 2022. The product was delivered om 23 September 2022, but the box contains wrong item. I received Blue ipad air only wifi model which was wrong product.
We spoke with customer service and uploaded pictures, they told it will take 5 days to investigate.
So now tell me what is the use of Amazon sale to me. The customer service was very rude as well.
I ordered it in offer and by the time your investigation complete sale will be gone. Then you will reply Sorry for inconvenience Sir we will refund your money. I am damn sure that will be your message.
I do not understand why you idiots keep sale and cheat customers and do these kind of scams.
I want my correct product which I have ordered to be delivered. If not you idiots do not keep sale again cheat customers.
